Choco-Banana Bite Pops

It's getting hot outside, y'all! Why don't you try cooling down with a few of these Choco-Banana Bite Pops? They're super simple, and incredibly delicious! Did I mention they were healthy too? You won't feel guilty about serving these tasty little frozen treats to your kids - or eating a few yourself.

Ingredients:
  • 3 large firm Bananas
  • 1 cup prepared Chocolate Pudding
  • Toothpicks

Method:
  • Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with waxed or parchment paper.
  • Select bananas that are still a little green and feel firm to the touch. (If they are too ripe, they will be very hard to work with.)
  • Slice one banana at a time (so they don't brown while you're working) into about 3/4 inch slices.
  • Insert a toothpick into each slice, and dip them into your favorite chocolate pudding. Roll the banana to coat thoroughly.
  • Place coated banana slices onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they do not touch.
  • Once filled, put the pan into the freezer for at least an hour to set.
  • Serve directly from the freezer, as needed. They will thaw quickly when left out.

Makes 24-30, depending on the size of your bananas.

I love how easy and delicious this healthy little snack is!
And the kids LOVE them!

Enjoy!
